• We do our best efforts to fulfil orders as soon as you place them.
• All orders are processed on First come first serve basis.
• In case of incomplete address our team may contact you for address updating.
• Upon verification, your order will be shipped by best available courier.

• Our business days are Monday to Saturday from hours 10:00am to 7:00pm.

⚜ Shipping Time⚜

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3 to 7 days.
But in case of unforeseen circumstances like:

• Strikes
• Natural disaster
• Remote locations

It may take longer time. However, you will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our courier partner.

• If you are purchasing from us for reselling purpose or for your business, and if you want ITC credit for the same.
• Eligible B2B purchase must fulfil below conditions:
• B2B single purchase must be at least Rs. 10,000/-
• Any single order amount below 10,000/- will be considered as B2C only.

• If you are eligible for B2B purchase with above mentioned conditions.
• You need to inform us while making order, and put your GST number in note.
• If you forgot to mention note while making order you can mail us at silectionjewellery101@gmail.com with below details:

2. Mobile number
3. GST Number
4. Registered Business Name

• Mail us before your order is dispatched or delivered.
• If you forgot to inform us about GST credit we will not be able to provide you credit after the running month, and we are not responsible to provide you ITC credit for your order.
• As we already paid GST for all orders any post request cannot be fulfilled after our GST submission.

⚜ Things to Remember⚜

• Never share any OTP before delivery.
• Do not share OTP for re-attempt if asked by courier boy.
• Check package before delivery, if you found it tampered from anywhere or having cellotape on package then kindly return it to courier as it is.

Always open package by creating video:

• Show full package from all sides.
• Show AWB number clearly in video.
• Cut package to open in front of video.
• Check the item you received is correct or not.Now if everything is fine you can remove that video.

You need this video in case of any wrong product received or any fraud happen.Keep this habit for all your online packages for your safety :)

⚜Received message of delivery confirmation but not received package?⚜

In case the package is marked Delivered, but you have not received the package:

• Kindly inform us within 12 hours of delivery message.
• Any dispute should be raised within 12 hours. Kindly email us for the same with delivery SMS screenshot with your order ID and mention your registered mobile number.
• Any claim after 12 hours will not be accepted.
